Worst nail salon i’ve ever been to. i have come here twice for simple soak offs and both times the lady who does it (dont know her name but its the first chair next to the pay counter) starts prying my nails off. generally i have a specific nail tech i go to but sometimes shes too booked to fit in a soak off, and i know damn well they should not be PRYING my nails off, CUTTING my skin with the dremel? then i tell the woman it hurts and she catches an attitude, puts my nails in the bowl with acetone finally and hides in the back. whys a simple soak off take a whole hour? because she’s hiding in the back instead of working. she didnt even get all the acrylic off and made my middle nail thats in the process of healing bleed even more, when it already stopped 2 weeks ago. it is also not clean. there were bugs by the counter you go to wash your hands. i will never be coming back and i suggest looking in a different direction if this place is somewhere youre...
Read moreThis was the worst nail salon I've been to. They would not give our young daughters the full pedicure treatment, why is our money not good enough. We got them polish for their feet and hands instead, bummer because it was one of their birthdays and she chose to go for her birthday had her own money and everything. Then it was our turn, no one set up our chairs I didn't get to relax with my feet in the water while the other two got theirs done, they rushed through the pedicures no relaxation involved. Then told us we could not get manicures because they didn't have time. Mmmmm, we let the girls run outside on the sidewalk for at least 20 minutes after we were done to get some energy out no customers walked in. Note to owner if you want more business please check on your employees and see how customers are being treated and how much business is being turned down because that really...
Read moreI will start by saying it is very clean and organized, and the staff was very nice. I've heard the pedicures are amazing, but I would not recommend getting dip nails done here. Dip nails usually last me 5 to 6 weeks before I need to get them redone. Within one day my nail chippef and I could see visible cracks. I went back the following day to have the chip fixed, and the technician started filing the chip out. I told her about the cracks, but she said she couldn't see them. The next day the same nail was chipped again, along with 4 other nails on that hand, and 3 on the other hand. I dont feel it's worth it to go back and complain and get them fixed only to have them chip within a few days. So I'm pretty much out $50 for nails I'm going to have to have redone...
