Easy to find things, I don't have to wait around for someone to unlock plastic lockboxes on shelves or lift a flap with an alarm on it so that's convenient. Almost all the workers are friendly and they remember the regulars like me so that's nice. I don't think the management pays for treats the workers very well from what I've overheard and seen so that's messed up. The store is kinda outdated and there are some shady characters around there but they have security if u have any problems with anyone or u feel creeped out by someone just tell them, the two I have met, they are very nice security officers. Almost all the staff is great, there's only one that never smiles or talks much at all but that's ok, it's just how she is I think. Other than the building being old it is clean. Went to Frys western union customer service so our elderly aunt could send her kids money and the lady was so rude right from the start she was like ugh where to? And might i mention she had all kinds of attitude kinda slamming stuff. I understand having a bad day but we still were trying to be polite using please and thank you then she hands the receipt to our aunt shows us barely readable we try and ask her about the receipt due to it not bring readable not sure if it as an ink issue but she was so rude. If you do not shop there within the first day or two of the sales ad you will not get the items and will not get a raincheck! Plus if you pay in cash without the correct amount the change back goes on your fry's card! My grandson bought a item for $1 with tax was 1.09 he handed the cashier $2 because that is what he had and they were trying to put the 81¢ onto the shopping card which being a kid he didn't have!
