Toss Fried chicken and Ramen (Ina) — Restaurant in Marana

Tl;dr: the food is definitely worth waiting in line, and the shop is cute and the staff are very friendly.

The food here is fantastic: both the ramen and the chicken portions of the menu are executed to delicious results. You almost can't go wrong with any item on the menu, and their waffle fries are great too.

The shop itself is pretty small but it's cute and has indoor and outdoor seating.

The service here is very friendly but on several of my visits it has taken me longer to order food than it has to receive it. The cashiers don't take your order when there is something else they need to do, like a to go order that needs to be packed, so often the line is out the door even when they aren't really that busy simply because they take so long in the back to bring out food or make drinks instead of taking orders. They also don't seem to be able to effectively bus tables off, so sometimes dishes just sit on empty tables for a long time.

Overall it's still absolutely worth trying but I have to question the priority of the tasks that are given to the cashiers. If the owner or manager reads this, please consider training your front staff to prioritize the line and bussing tables, tasks that take a minute or two at best, rather than having customers walk out of the line with no...

My husband brought me here because he knows I like ramen and it is closer to our house. I was really excited to try it and was extremely disappointed once i had. We both ordered the chicken Ramen bowl. The chicken was very good. The Ramen noodles hadn't been cooked all the way and were so clumped together we ended taking them out of the broth and setting them to the side. They were completely inedible. my wife and i have been going to TOSS on alvernon for a bit and now they are right here, ie, down the street...much nicer enviroment, food is spectacular AND the owner, Cookie is there!! huge smile, amazingly outgoing and a very hard worker.....alvernon is now closed and we benefit from that!!

we will be back again and again....the food is fresh, different , very tasty and if you want it, very spicy..! absolutely spectacular....we love to support local business and share it with all our fellow tucsonians!!....
