They got my money and sent me a product that didn't fit so I called and was laughed at by the guy that took my order.I remember asking the guy about the trim on door and he said just measure the opening. It didn't fit I gave both measurements he only wanted the opening would not listen said he was an expert...I emailed John 3 times and received no replys...Save your money!!! I even sent the product back to them and still...

I ordered Marine teak to replace the wood on my antique swing. The Florida sun & weather is hard on wood. I ordered wood custom cut to size, but John called and said he had the length I needed without a custom cut and refunded me the difference in cost! Five days after placing the order, the teak arrived well boxed, padded in great shape. It looks great! We will be able to enjoy our beautiful swing for years to come. ...

I called regarding replacement slats for the seat of a teak chair and spoke to the owner. He was extremely helpful, the slats arrived within a few days, and they’re perfect. He suggested that the edges be slightly smoothed, as they would be felt when sitting, which I would have never considered. He has a great attention to detail and as an added bonus was a delight to talk to! I highly recommend...
