7/11/24 i’ll start by saying that we are locals and spend probably 5000+ here a year in gas. I would buy bait from them, but they never have any. We were there a few weeks ago in a friends boat and the woman working the dock gave us as much ice as we wanted as long as we shoveled it ourselves. We spent quite a bit of money on fuel 150 gallons, but ended up with six baskets of ice . Typically they give you 2 baskets for every 15 gallons of fuel. Today we pulled up and instead of getting 15 gallons to get my two baskets I ended up getting 35 gallons because I wanted to top off for the next day, she told us we had to shovel our own ice so my friend did and didn’t even fill the baskets that much when I asked her for another half basket, she winked at me and said sure go ahead. I tipped her five dollars (For pretty much turning the pump on and off) and went in to pay the bill she had given me. When I was rung up, it was eight dollars higher and there was a half a basket of ice on my ticket. When I asked about it, the cashier just stared at me and the woman from behind the counter, walked up very rudely, snatched the ticket out of my hand and told me that it was for extra ice. I told her I didn’t know I had to pay for it. I thought I was getting a little bit extra for free. This lady started to argue with me over the fact that she had to try to figure it out when I already knew what it was. I’ve spent a lot of money at this place every year. I live right at the end of the canal, so I pass by here a lot. You would think, she would have the decency to tell me to keep the ice being that it doesn’t cost them that much to make and I just spent $155 there. Nope she had to make a big scene about it. Told me she doesn’t care if I ever come back, which I never will! I have been in the customer service industry for over 40 years and never once treated any customer like I was treated today by the owner of this establishment. I swear on my life, I will never spend one more dime at that place even if it means me not going out fishing. I’ll go next-door to Burdines get my 30 gallons and my two baskets of ice and be on my way. At least they treat you nice there. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I will definitely be...

There are better places to do business, in my opinion. No, we didn't catch them on a bad day. This trend has been constant for the last year and...
