I’ve been eating at chipotle for over 15 years and this is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I made a drive thru order for 10:40 and arrived at at 1048 . I tell the representative my name , and without saying a word he rushes away to obviously make something he forgot to do . After 6 minutes of no communication and me sitting there I honked the horn and saw every employee watch and do nothing to help . Some of them were smirking . The person comes back 2 minutes later with the food . No sorry for the wait or anything . How could’ve it taken you 8 minute to make a burrito bowl ? There was no else in the restaurant and about 6 employees walking around . I asked to speak to a manager , and Jason Cortez made sure to let me know , sorry they were pre cleaning and weren’t looking at any orders . The order was made at 10:25 and I got there at 10:48 … really nobody checked the screen for 23 minutes ???!! Couldn’t even peak at the place where they were stationed ? Couldn’t do their job because they were trying to go home 2 minutes earlier ? If you eat here be warned . Don’t order anything 35 minutes before closing or else they won’t make it . Read moreUnfortunately based on my experience with this location, honesty is not one of the values they want to display and live by. My wife and I placed an order with Uber Eats a couple of months ago and when the delivery arrived we noticed that not only the overall amount of food was clearly much less than when you purchase the bowl in person but the amount of meat almost zero. We thought that a mistake had been made and decided to let it go. Today was place another other this time with Door Dash and one more time the amount of meat was close to zero. We had to literally dig into the bowl with the fork in order to find small pieces here and there. They are clearly ripping customers that are using delivery services because we can't go and complain face to face. Talk about a dishonest way to save up some money and hope that customers will just let it go. It's no coincidence that this location only has 2 stars. Such a name like Chipotle should step up and make sure that locations like this one doesn't stain the name and reputation of a good company. I will never be buying from this location again and will tell everyone I know to stay clear...
Read moreI'm unsure of what to say so I'll be transparent. They were out of all meats except the new Garlic steak but only a very small portion was left that looked very dry......my partner ordered a combo or chicken and garlic steak in a bowl and my partner was given the "remaining" steak of about no kidding 4cut pieces. I ordered a chicken bowl and because the chicken wasn't ready yet was told that they would complete the make of the bowl and add the proteins after.....hence leaving us both with Inverted Bowls ......can you imagine the disaster of attempting to enjoy this......dry meat added to the TOP of your bowl that is completely overstuffed...... However we wait for this for about 7mins. Upon arrival to apartment which was 6mins away getting the bag from the front seat when I opened my door to get out the food fell completely from the bag due to juices dripping from the bowls........the bag never once even slid as I drove......the experience was so bad I didn't even feel like returning but I did deem it necessary to say that perhaps PLASTIC bags are in need....or more car of preparing and bagging food.
