This restaurant is a complete nightmare. From the customer service to the botched pricing, everything is on the lowest grade of professionalism. I attempted to grab a meal at 1030am when this location is advertised to be open and I was met with a locked door. After being observed for about 5 minutes at the door NOONE came to acknowledge. I walked back to my vehicle and came back after waiting an additional few minutes, Maria came to the door and very snarky informed me that it’ll be 20 more minutes. I explained that the restaurant says it’ll be open at 1030 she said she knew and tried to close the door. I asked to speak with a manager and she said through a thick accent that she didn’t know the manager and they weren’t there. I was completely confused. I asked for the managers name and again she said she didn’t know and then said she would get someone. She went back to speak with someone and they both walked to the back, never returning leaving me outside. Everyone simply stood around still prepping. A 1030 open time does not mean, “This is when we’ll start to prepare the restaurant for your business!” It does mean, “This is when we will be ready to serve!” As I am writing this, there are people pulling on the door attempting to go in and it is still locked at 1100. I am watching this location lose business as now people are driving away. Read moreI went to PE because of a T-Mobile promotion, when I got there I wasn’t sure how the process worked so I asked the cashier and she had no clue when I asked for her assistance. As I was trying to figure it out there were two other ladies stand as i trying as well, they left without the promotion.I finally figured it out so I saw the lady go fix the same bowl I had just tried to redeem so it was sitting and when I asked her she said my name, I replied “ that’s me but, the order was not complete as I look in the bag, so she said “that’s not your” so I said “There’s another Salena?” She said “yes” so I’m stand there and they are totally ignoring me for 20 min; I call there corporate office and “ Victoria” answers, as I’m explaining and asking for a refund she hung up. I call back and “Donna answers with a nasty attitude. Donna asked what was the issue so I started explaining about the T-mobile promotion; before I could get everything out Donna said “ their not going to honor it” I’m in disbelief, “we not going to do it” so I asked for my money back and my promotion code to be restored so I could go elsewhere but she said no and she didn’t like my tone as I didn’t like hers, so she hung up on me. Mind you she manipulated the tone later in the conversation to make it seem as I was the rude one but the way I was treated I had every right to me upset. Read moreI just recently ordered a few hours ago , the one plate with a order of crab Rangoon , now the crab Rangoon was DELICIOUS, but they didn’t give no red sauce that goes with it like the other triangular things they have with the sweet cream Cheese in the middle. Any place I’ve ordered either of those , I would always have a cup of red sauce on the side . The orange sesame honey chicken , I think that’s what it is , was dry , with no sauce , I usually am use to having a lot of sauce with any type of chicken I get . Y’all limit the sauce that comes on the chicken. I like to mix it with my fried rice , which was okay , too a little bland, and then the lo mein noodles were dry looking and BLAND !!!! THE SWEET TEA WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PART OF THE MEAL AND I HAD THE NERVE TO GET A LARGE. I WILL NEVER DOOR DASH OR UBER EAT MY ORDERS UNLESSS MY LAST OPTION .
