Vintage Ruse ~ Boomerang Lounge — Local services in Marin City

We happened to drive by this cute little shop, and I’m so glad we decided to stop in! The owners were quirky and fun, which made the whole experience even better. The store itself is really unique — not your typical thrift shop. Every item feels hand-picked, like it was chosen to be there for a reason.

They have such an interesting mix of pieces — from fur coats and leather pants to casino machines and pinball machines. It’s full of unexpected treasures! The shop was under a bit of construction when we visited, so I’d love to come back once everything’s finished and see even more of their collection.

What a super duper experience I had today at Vintage Ruse. The owner is a darling and had a group of 10 year old there showing how to upcycle and make patterns. I spent an hour trying things on wiry the help of the gals. The prices are in sync ❤️ and totally fair market value . I look forward to shopping here again and highly recommend stopping in.
