I wonât be going back. Service was badâŚthe sales person had to keep peeking at what I assume was a price list and then going to talk to someone about what they could do price wise and took 5-10 minutes each time to get back to me. Wish I had just walked out. Then they tried to sell me a more expensive mattress since the one I wanted wasnât in stock. They finally found what I wanted when I said I didnât want the more expensive one, even at the same price (it was a split mattressâŚum, nope!) And of course the headboard was on back order for weeks, and then when it was delivered it was the wrong one. When itarrived they tell me that the one I ordered is discontinued and they sent this one instead even though itâs more expensive. No extra charge! But itâs not really right for my room, but Iâm tired of dealing with this awful company, so I kept it and will probably curse the furniture giant every time I have to look at the darn thing. The only thing good about this entire experience was the delivery guys. They are kind and friendly and Iâm sure they donât get paid enough to put up with the stuff they have...
   Read moreOrdered over $7,000 worth of furniture. Asked for two additional pieces doe a sectional. This was in July. Asked for ETA on additional pieces, was told it would be September. October rolls around and I go In for some more furniture and to check on the status. After being bold face lied to by the salesman, who kept bragging about âdoing me a solidâ because of what I spent before and how he bets he could get me 30% off (Iâve had 10 emails for 30% off for the holiday), I asked about my outstanding pieces for my sectional. He went to check and apparently they seem to know nothing about it. Eventually they tell me they âbetâ itâs on the truck for Tuesday and will check and cal me right away.... to date Iâve received no call or indication of when to expect it. If it wasnât a convenience to sit on the furniture in store and try it out first, I would most certainly have written them off before. After this, Iâll be ordering online or paying extra delivery fees to shop...
   Read moreThey were our 2nd of 7 stops and they have a MASSIVE selection that extends into the mall itself. Anderson Furniture also owns Furniture King in Carbondale. The sales man at Furniture King along with the other staff, was far better to work with than Anderson Furniture. Furniture King wasn't on our heel following us around the store as if we were thieves. That is how we felt at Anderson Furniture. Even though both are now owned by the same person/group, the sales team at Anderson stayed with us and/or near us most of the time and even wanted us to fill out applications for financing before we even knew what we liked. Made it a poor experience to just relax and gather our thoughts on each item that we looked at because the sales woman was RIGHT there to give her 2 cents. It felt more of a need to make a sale. Two starts for the great selection of products but again, sales team sure made it...
