I tried to exchange a sweater I got as a Christmas gift. Not able to do so, they wanted to just take my sweater and refund the person who gave it to me. They told me I would then have to purchase a smaller size on line. They also seemed anxious to close the store. As I waited in cold for my ride to come back, I returned as employees were leaving at8:01 and asked why I could not keep sweater as I had proof of purchase with my daughters receipt. They did give me the sweater back but already stamped “final purchase no returns” on it. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a correct size on a Christmas gift! Went there to find a blouse. Said they have 50 percent of lots of beautiful clothes. Except when I went to check tags for suppose to be 50 percent. It wasn't.
