I tired again! I understand newly opened but I would have thought they would train staff before opening. Iāve been to this location 3 times. My order is very complicated so I understand the confusion. I get a hot coffee with crew and a stevia. Out of 3 visits they are 0/3. Today my order was taken immediately then I waited 10 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me to get their drinks. I could see my hot coffee sitting on the stand for the majority of that time. When I finally got to move forward I was handed the cup and could tell it was nearly empty. They had just pulled two shots to make an Americano but didnāt add any water. I told the kid what I had ordered. We went inside and the girl pulling shots said just put some water in it. I get it, it was going to be an Americano, but not exactly what I would have expected the remedy to be. Apparently they spilled something because then the lid took his nasty rag that had the previous customers brown liquid on it and wiped my lid. I took my coffee and left. When I was able I opened it and it was clearly not mixed and somewhat diluted with no cream and likey no stevia. Save your time and money and get your coffee elsewhere. Maybe and Dutch Bros will open someday. 7 Brew is trying to emulate but failing.
Update: 6/15/2025 - My son wanted to stop by 7 Brew and I ordered my complex order againā¦.coffee with cream and a stevia. It actually only took 5-10 minutes this time so thatās an improvement. The barista served my sonās coffee (black coffee) but when handing me the cup she realized the lid was not secured and spilled the coffee on/in my truck as well as my hand. Now I have a second degree burn with blister. No worries though, they did put another lid on and hand it to me with the napkins I requested to clean up their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst off, i usually go to the Edgewood location and never had a problem. This location was horrible. It was understaffed taking almost 30 minutes to get through probably around 8 cars max. They also only had one lane open so most cars were parked on the street blocking traffic. When we finally got our order taken, she didn't get our orders right. She never asked what kind of drink I wanted and assumed energy, which I can't drink. Then, my friend ordered a coffee. At the window, we were ignored at the window as they stood there. She was talking to a guy about training, which is fine, but it was a lengthy conversation where we had not be acknowledged and our drinks sat on the counter. When they finally gave us our drinks they gave my friend a drink that was very obviously not coffee and was in fact, an energy drink. She gave it back, to which the worker insisted it was right. We had places to be so we just left out of frustration. So neither of us got a drink we wanted/could drink and we couldn't stay to argue because they took forever. So we never ended up getting a refund for expensive drinks we didnt want. Just go to Edgewood, this place hasn't...
Ā Ā Ā Read more7 Brew Coffee is a very popular coffee shop at the moment, so much so that you can expect to wrap around the parking lot and wait behind many cars before even entering the actual ordering line. It is not unusual to wait 10-15 minutes just to order.
The staff is currently made up of a lot of young people and as such the store is relatively new. All of them are energetic and friendly, they are definitely working very hard. I have visited four times and every time one of my drinks was either made wrong or made in the wrong size. However, they remade it very quickly and typically recognized their error before handing me the drink.
The menu is nice because it is very customizable, especially in regard to sugar free options. They use Torani syrups that you can easily buy at the grocery store or online. The drinks that I have tried were good. I think my opinion might be different if I didnāt wait in line for 20+ minutes every time and need to have my order remade. With the opening of the second location and the hype dying down I think this could become a five star...
