I was in there a couple of weeks ago to have my iPhone 6 Plus's screen replaced. I tried to do it myself and didn't have all the parts and since I had to go out of town in two days I had to have a rush put on it. Well I had called to see if they would be able to do it in time. I spoke to the Manager to see what they can do for me, he said no problem if I got in there at a certain time it he can get it done.

Well things got busy for me and I didn't get there until late. I spoke to two of the ladies their and since I had the phone apart and in pieces she wasn't able to match all the screws up the exact same way. (There's a part of the phone where each screw is a different size - the you tube videos I watched that "teaches" you how to replace a screen failed to mention that part.)

Well instead of just attempting to fix it and mess it up like so other places may do, the tech explained to me about it and said she would have have her manager look at it first thing in the morning.

I am so grateful for her honesty cause the last thing I need is for my phone to fall apart. I run my business off of this and can't affford to be without it for any length of time.

The following day my wife picked up my phone and when I got it back they even put a high quality screen protector on there at no charge.

The entire staff was VERY friendly, quick and precise. I definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to make sure that the job is done right the first time. Quality mattters when it comes to technology repairs.

My husband took his phone here and so far the results have been awful. His screen was cracked, but still worked, and they didn't have one in stock, so they ordered one and he paid extra to have overnight shipping. 3 days later the screen finally arrives, from about 300 miles away. That screen does not work. They order another screen. 2 days later, the screen does not work and when hooked up to the computer it does not even recognize the device. The phone will not turn on at all. Today I went to the store with him and the owner was there but not working. When we arrived he threw my husband's phone on the counter for one of the employees and said "take care of this, I don't think it works". As all of this is going on he was given a loaner phone, the mic didn't work, so he had them fix it. Then the battery wouldn't charge. Within 8 days my husband has been there 7 times!!!! Not only is the owner horrible for running off like that but one of the employees was cursing when my husband became upset. I will say that the Asian fellow that was trying to help my husband was okay, I understand that it isn't his fault that his boss is a special kind of stupid. At this point they are still going to try to fix it. My husband was given a "new" loaner phone, that is by no means decent. My guess is that all of the videos and pictures of our son that were on his phone have been lost, as he has not backed it up in a little over a month. I am very highly...

This store started out really promising with good customer service over the phone and then the lowest price of any other phone repair store I called. However, I had to call a few times to get a quote and because I was dealing with insurance. The quote I got was not from the owner, then when I called back and gave the owner the price the other guy had given me, he was appalled he went so low, but honored it. The trouble came when I went into get my phone fixed. I made it known I lived about 40 minutes away from the store so I called the week before going in and he told me the screen would be arriving that day. I then called the following week before going in to ensure the screen was there and a specified time the next day would work, the owner assured me everything was good to go. I got there the next day at the specified time and the employee (not the owner) could not find my screen. After about 15 minutes and a call to the owner, it was determined that the owner ordered the correct screen, but go shipped the wrong one and never checked the package upon arrival. I got told that they could order the right screen but other than that it was what it was. I ended up going across the street to CPR Cell Phone Repair where the product was in stock and cost a little bit more, but the service was fast...
