This store and it's staff are awful. I joined the rewards program and had accumulated enough product purchased to redeem the reward. Was printed a slip for the free product on my next visit. I presented the slip and was told that it wasn't registering in their system and that they couldn't do anything about it. Great! $44 reward lost I purchased a large bag of product and noticed that it didn't seem to work very well. I commented on the "new" packaging next time in the store, and the girl explained that it was actually their old backstock from the Coldwater location. Thanks for letting me spend $120 on old product. I purchased 5 $20 extracts and when I got home, 2 of the boxes were empty! I live right behind the store and returned immediately. The sales associate said that had happened before. The manager interjected and said that it hadn't, and that i must have lost them. In a bag from shop to car, I lost them. Still had the boxes which hadn't been opened? They did nothing and I was just out the $40. Didn't get any type of apology, nor did they try to make it right. Went in 4/20 week to buy something , but their credit card machine wasn't working. Staff said that the item I wanted was on sale all week, so I could just come back tomorrow and still get that price. Great! Come back the next day and get from the same great girl that sold me the old product, that he was new and told me the wrong thing. No apology, no help, wouldn't honor what I had been told. Thanks! Today I went to buy something that was on sale until the end of May. I had received a flyer in the mail advertising the sale. I was told i needed to bring in the flyer even though im in the computer as a rewards member? Its always something. The same girl was in there and as per usual, was no help. My favorite location! The manager, which is a girl with shoulder length hair is the best, Infee bad for not remembering her name at the moment! I haven’t seen her recently as I was told she was in Coldwater for a bit, but she is one of the reasons I love this store so much. I frequent almost every Wednesday. She knows her job, she knows the products well, she is so friendly, and makes me feel like a friend everytime I visit. She makes the experience fun! I hope she is brought back to this location soon though! This has quickly become the only store I'll shop at. Everyone here are always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time needed to make sure you get exactly what you need. Shade and Gavin however, take it to a new level altogether. Their knowledge of flavors, and ability to recall my favorites is an added personal touch that is unmatched elsewhere.
