This store and it's staff are awful. I joined the rewards program and had accumulated enough product purchased to redeem the reward. Was printed a slip for the free product on my next visit. I presented the slip and was told that it wasn't registering in their system and that they couldn't do anything about it. Great! $44 reward lost I purchased a large bag of product and noticed that it didn't seem to work very well. I commented on the "new" packaging next time in the store, and the girl explained that it was actually their old backstock from the Coldwater location. Thanks for letting me spend $120 on old product. I purchased 5 $20 extracts and when I got home, 2 of the boxes were empty! I live right behind the store and returned immediately. The sales associate said that had happened before. The manager interjected and said that it hadn't, and that i must have lost them. In a bag from shop to car, I lost them. Still had the boxes which hadn't been opened? They did nothing and I was just out the $40. Didn't get any type of apology, nor did they try to make it right. Went in 4/20 week to buy something , but their credit card machine wasn't working. Staff said that the item I wanted was on sale all week, so I could just come back tomorrow and still get that price. Great! Come back the next day and get from the same great girl that sold me the old product, that he was new and told me the wrong thing. No apology, no help, wouldn't honor what I had been told. Thanks! Today I went to buy something that was on sale until the end of May. I had received a flyer in the mail advertising the sale. I was told i needed to bring in the flyer even though im in the computer as a rewards member? Its always something. The same girl was in there and as per usual, was no help.
