Love the phone and the cell service is great. However, getting someone to call you back about an issue is impossible. I have called SEVERAL times and always get the I will check into it and call you back answer. After patiently waiting for 3 hours to get the phone in the first place now the rep won't call back. I has been 2 and a half weeks and still nothing.
UPDATE (4 months later):
The rep never actually put the promotion on the account. They initially told me to wait 3 months and the billing should work itself out. Chatted with US Cellular and the agent never even put in the promotion. Now I am probably going to have to pay for a phone that I got specifically got because the upgrade was free. Lovely. I didn't mind waiting. I knew she was going to be busy. But don't tell me something has been done for me to find out that NOTHING was done.

Read moreI wanted to try out a different phone and was helped so well that the woman helping me dropped my phone off at my work because I wasn’t going be done with work until after they closed but than decided to go to original phone mainly for technical issues and familiarity and the same woman that helped me who I thought at first was wonderful said loudly and rudely “I told you so.” I apologized for wasting their time and felt stupid and embarrassed because of her sarcastic tone.
