This place sucks I've been here few times I come by tonight to buy about $33 worth good food then get home and my Krystal's have pickles when I told the man 2 times only cheese!! Also the nuggets were hard and the line was not packed I had to wait about 10 minutes then they informed me to drive up to front then waited another 12 minutes then drive back home and find out my order is wrong I call them but it's to late she said to come back tomorrow! Not everybody wants to make another trip what really upset me the man that took my order she says he's new! But I asked her why don't you check the orders with customer at windows beforehand! No reply back she simply didn't care and they will take care you if you want your order wrong and not to mention have to wait over 20 minutes just to get few Krystal's that is crazy when nobody else behind me they make me pull up just so they can play games and have it there way the place looked very dirty inside and the customer service is lacking they simply told me at the speaker it'll be a few minutes had to wait 4 minutes before they could even take orders when nobody else in line simply insane for the money we pay to wait long time! I could see that if ppl were waiting! Then I tell him only cheese plain I had to tell him 2 times just to make sure! Very upsetting also told them not to load me down with onions they loaded me down anyways! I get the feeling they did it on purpose because I'm picky but honestly I'm the one paying and I have to drive back out and make 30 minutes trip just to get replacement on Burger's only which means I'll have to buy fries and drinks separately so they can make more money so I'm done with the place I recommend driving to Knoxville to get good service the women that runs the place is telling me they are all new I asked her why you letting someone run the place that don't know how to take orders! She replied back said because he don't know how to cook! Honestly just so upset now everything is closed and I'm at home hungry!! Totally upset finally get paid then go to my favorite place to let them know no pickles! However they had to load them up on top that one burger has 2 pickles almost like they did on purpose the man that brought food outside to be pretty much forced the food inside my hand even then another person beside me waiting he dropped his bag then picked it right up and delivered to other driver which the driver didn't see him drop bag probably the worst EXPENSIVE experience I've had at this location it's insane because this happened awhile back I spent over $69 then they messed up half the order I called back then they stated I needed receipt to get order fixed I find it then come to store about week later they claimed they didn't know what I was wanting I simply lost my money and feel took advantage of the bad thing about them it's not the customers it's the service I've heard bad stories from my friends as well one time I was there over 25 minutes that's way to long due to the long line they finally fixed some the waiting but honestly I felt I could wait in driveway there was no need to make me pull up when nobody else behind me I feel they did that so I was not watching them inside totally felt like they took my money and simply don't care because they are used to that! Please do yourself favor Don't come here unless you want rude staff and burgers with everything on them and also you have to check it all before leaving if you do get bad order they get rude about the issue and act like they are doing it correctly WHEN I GO TO KNOXVILLE THEY GET ME IN AND OUT WITHIN 10 MINUTES I'VE NEVER HAD ONE ORDER WRONG FROM OTHER LOCATION THEY NEED TO GET NEW STAFF IMMEDIATELY THAT KNOW HOW TO TAKE ORDER! Read moreI've worked the food industry myself so I don't complain much but this has gotten to be too much. I love Krystal, I've been eating it since childhood and I'm almost 30. But I just cannot keep overlooking how untrained the staff is. Putting in orders has gotten to be an entire dilemma. I normally order 4 Krystal burgers with just cheese and pickles. I should not have to repeat that 7x every single time I order.l and still receive the wrong order. This seems to be company-wide as well. I've been coming to this particular location for over a year now. There's never been one time that the doors have been unlocked so you cannot go inside and I've never waited in the drive thru for less than 15 mins. Today, I ordered the new limited time burger as a meal with fries and a drink online. I get to the location, doors are locked. I get into the drive thru line and it takes 15 mins just to get to the speaker. Once I do get to the speaker, I had to wait another 5 mins to be helped. So 20 mins all together at this point. I let the staff member know I have an online order and he let's me know they are out of the limited time burger. That's fine. But he offers me no solutions. He just goes silent. I had to ask him what we could do. He tells me he could have his manager contact his DM to ask for a refund. I let him know I've been waiting for 20 mins, I'm on my lunch break and I've already paid for it and asked if we could just switch out the burger for 4 Krystal burgers and call it day. He agrees and asks if I still want my fries and drink. Um... yes, my man. I do. I paid for them. I ask for no mustard. Of course, they had mustard on them. One fine day, on my way to work, I decided that I needed some breakfast. As my mind cycled through all the viable options, my mind landed on Krystal. I pulled through drive through and was greeted by a chipper employee. She took my order - the sunriser combo with a coffee, and I proceeded to the window, looking forward to the culinary perfection that is, the sunriser combo. I handed her the money, she handed me the bag. For a brief moment, as our glances met, I thought I saw pity in her eyes. Strange, but whatever. I drove off reaching into the bag for the tots. That's how I start it off. I finished the tots and dug in for sunriser #1. Found it, but the bag seemed wrong. There was only one sunriser. Annoyed, I turned around and headed back to Krystal to get the missing sandwich. I passed the speaker and went straight to the window. The employee that had helped me earlier was still there, like she had never moved. Almost as if she was waiting for me. I explained that due to an honest mistake, only one sunriser had been put in the bag. After a awkward moment of silence, she explained that the sunriser combo now only comes with one sunriser. We stared at one another for a long time. No words were spoken. No words were needed. My face must had said it all as a lone tear ran down the face of the employee. She knew that I had been wronged, but there was nothing she could do. I drove away. I wrestled in my mind with what had just happened. A one sunriser combo? I must be dreaming! It was no dream.
