One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and the stylist has wrecked my hair. I told her exactly what my hair needed and how it responded to different ways of cutting, and she did everything the opposite, including how she styled it at the end. She didn’t listen to me at all, but cut and styled it the way SHE wanted to. The texture is completely ruined (my formerly very curly hair doesn’t even curl any more). Additionally, she was double booked so she started my hair then had to go to do another person’s hair. Her attention was definitely divided and I was there for 1.5 hours for a basic cut/blow dry. I called and left a message for the owner about my experience and needing to hear back from her to talk about how to fix it, and never even received a call back. This stylist had been described to me by the front desk person as a “curl specialist”. During the haircut I found out she’s only been cutting hair for a year, which is not long enough to be a specialist in anything! I will now need to pay someone else to fix it, and it will take 6 months to grow out what she’s done. Beware before...

My sisters and I scheduled wash and style for a wedding. One of my sisters got a wash cut and style. The beautician did a wonderful job and my sister paid $60 versus the $45 dollar quote. She was okay with this as beautician took a long time and my sister was very happy. I had my hair washed and styled. Again, I paid $60 versus the $45 quote. This was okay as well as the time spent and work done was great. My other two sisters were short in time, so settled for just a style. This is where the problems begin. The beauticians spent a total of 15 minutes styling their hair and charged one $50 and the other $45. I could have styled their hair myself and probably done a better job. 15 minutes that was it. They were so disappointed and I was embarrassed. They felt like they were taken advantage of. They were here visiting me, I told them it would cost $25 for a wash and style. Wonderful service and relaxing atmosphere. They have the most comfortable salon chairs EVER! Everyone is always friendly and welcoming.

I have had my hair done by Sandy who was fun to talk to and i was super impressed that she picked up on details as we talked that enabled her to give me the no fuss hair cut and color that I needed for my maintenance and commitment level.

I have been seeing Penny for a while now for pedicures, manicures, waxes, and even a hair cut. She provides exceptional service and goes the extra mile to be sure you are happy. She is gentle, takes time to do the job right, is fun to be around, and takes good care of me. I have gotten to know her and I enjoy her company. I always leave happy.
