Went to this location after I got out of the hospital at 2:30AM. Tried to order a nacho bell grande and a power bowl. The man on the shift said they didn’t have the bowls for those meals to go in or the lids. I said okay, but I did question it because my sister had just ordered doordash at the house before my hospital experience and they put the power bowl in a box with out anything under the food, and the box wasn’t tapped closed either. Besides that point right when I was about to just order something else , a lady gets on the speaker yelling “I said we do not have the bowls so you can go to another toco bell” Well for the misfortunate this location is the only one that’s opened through the night in my area. So yes I got mad at this situation. It was not because they didn’t have the bowls for the meals, but the way I was treated and talked to as a person and a customer. I’m very sorry but I have worked in the fast food business since I was 15 years old I remember how it was before I started my career, it was stressful at times and I understand everywhere is very short staffed due to people not wanting to work anymore in this day and time, health care is 10times worse. I have went here 4 times in the last month and it has been awful every time. My order has been wrong twice, the food is barely luke warm (being very generous as once it was ice cold). I don't eat in my car so I don't realize until 5 mins later when I'm at my apartment. Yesterday they couldn't serve food period because only one person showed up for their shift, or at least that is what I was told. The time I received 5 incorrect items (wrong burrito), and was overcharged for a medium mountain dew at 3pm (it should be a dollar) I tried going back the next day to see if they would right the situation.
I spoke to a woman who told me that since I didn't have the receipt and it wasn't the same day I was out of luck and there is nothing they could do.
I try to wait until I've been incredibly wronged or have had 3 bad experiences before leaving a negative review as I don't want to hurt anyone's livelihood or slander a business. This location is just absolutely awful, and was given more chances than most (it's so close to home and I just wish it was decent.)
Maybe they have hire turnover and undertrained employees but it is just sub par and if you want taco bell you should...

You could hear who I assume was the manager making rude comments about people coming into the lobby instead of the drive thru , saying idk why people come inside when the drive thru would be so much quicker.... ..... well obviously not if people are having to get out of drive thru to come inside, and so what they need to realize people who come inside are customers too.
