Tim and Nick are awesome! The store is well-kept with a great selection and the friendliest customer service imaginable. No pressure, no sales tactics, just great quality service and selection. They're trustworthy with precious heirloom pieces and will work with you to ensure you get exactly what you want.

In summer 2017, they helped my fiancé find the perfect ring to propose with and customized it with the diamond from grandmother's engagement ring. I was so surprised and could not get over how PERFECT the ring was for me from style to fit.

Naturally, we followed up with Sach's for our wedding bands (we're getting married November 2018). Sach's has a great selection! My fiancé quickly chose a handsome titanium band with a matte stripe in the middle. I, on the other hand, had a lot of trouble choosing! I wanted something sturdy but delicate-looking with sparkle that also complimented my engagement ring and kept within budget. Tim was so patient and helpful, taking out several rings that matched my description and he helped me narrow down my choices.

We placed an order for the rings and headed home. Later on, scrolling through pictures I had taken of the rings on my finger, my stomach dropped when I realized I liked a different ring so much more than the one I chose! I went back, told Tim what happened and in less than 5 minutes, he changed the order, charged for the slight different in cost, and I was out the door happy as a clam! We picked up the rings a few weeks later and they are stunning. We can't wait until we get to wear them always!

Buying something this important can be an extremely stressful process, but I can tell you first hand how simple and amazing my experience was. I worked with Tim in the Mashpee location and I couldn’t have been happier with the level of service he provided.

They don’t pressure you in any way so you always feel comfortable asking any questions (i probably had hundreds). They‘re an honest and hard working team whose only interest is ensuring you get exactly what you're looking for and within your budget. We had the ring resized and got it back in less than a week, it was really impressive.

Sachs is the BEST! Personal service from Nick and Tim. Creative design - they will work with you if you have an old piece of jewelry that you want to redesign. They really listen to what you want.
