This was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a new cell phone. The staff we're extremely professional while also lighthearted and had a great sense of humor. They not only helped find what I wanted but they went out of their way to get me the best deal possible. I'm a veteran I did two tours in Iraq well people are always thankful for the most part that's really all you get at the end of the day, which is what most of us veterans I've come to expect we don't think we deserve much more than that but every once in awhile you come across people that really do respect their veterans in our sacrifices service. One of the employees that are named Sean what's already going out of his way to help me when he heard I was a veteran and he truly went the extra mile. I only got what I was looking for but he made sure that I got the best deal that he was capable of giving me even though he had to jump through hula hoops to get it he did it without flinching. The rest of the stuff works extremely kind extremely professional and maintained friendly conversation in the entire time I could not have walked away happier to the point where I'm never going anywhere else again in my life. The day I went and purchased this new Galaxy s24 I was ready to leave T-Mobile for good I had enough but the store in its managers and employees in a single handily convince me to stay with T-Mobile for the Long haul and I never told him I was ready to jump ship so they didn't do it with the intention in mind that they did it just by being the great employees that they are.    Read moreI have a lengthy indepth review. Erick in the mashpee location is awesome. I went to see him one day and he wrote out all my options for a family of 6 plus an extra phone used for my youngest just for games. I came back 1pm on a Sunday and let me tell you we were there until 7. My guy pulled out all the stops for us with issues occurring beyond his control. Every issue was handled promptly and the issues were honestly our fault, problems with our set ups, passwords ect. He handled everything and set up our cases/screen protectors.
Now, he had a coworker there but was basically by himself. She hid in the back during all the time we were there. She missed out on at least the potential of 7 sales, which he handled 2 of them. His co-worker was so rude that the customers he had in frnt of him complained about her to us. She literally tried to scold him in front of a store full of people then she didnt know what she was doing and simply toldthe customer "youll just have to wait" went in the back room and didnt come out until that customer left the store. I was dumbfounded. At one point she came and asked us what we needed and i told her we had an appointment with Erick she said "at this point, I might as well just go in the back then" an stormed off! Leaving unattended customers looking at each other in disbelief.
Like i mentiomed we were there for a while due to the amount of phones, we were switching in the issues that arose, there was one stretch where we probably didn't even see her come out of there for at least two hours.    Read moreWent in yesterday to upgrade my broken phone while on vacation. There were 2 employees, a young woman so nice and a man who had zero interest in helping at all. As soon as we said we were upgrading our phones he said what kind of phones are you looking for. We said android/samsung, he said notiPhone. Nope, samsung. He let out an annoyed sigh and said oh man, we are hurting for phones but I guess we can try. He screwed off and called someone to tell them he'd lock their watch in the safe while the nkce woman took my husband id and started to pull up our account. My assumption is that the woman was training under him. She then asked us about wifi trial we declined, she pressured we declined again she moved on. When he was done with his call he came back the woman told him they declined wifi, he said why, it's free. We said not interested just want to get a phone. He said Its free. Again, we dont want your wifi. He said there is nothing I can do for you today unless you upgrade your plans. We expressed we weren't interested in paying more than we currently are for the unlimited plan we have. He said it's a waste of our time if you're not interested in upgrading your plan, he said your plan is 10 years old. We said yes, that's why it's so good and we don't want to change it. He said I can't help you then all while having an attitude and rolling his eyes. We left. Came back home and did it online with zero issues or a need to upgrade our plans.
