I shopped here Saturday before Christmas. I'm sure the staff was very busy. I approached Tina, she was obviously swamped... I asked her for some help checking a price on a breakable object - I didn't want to pick it up my self as I had a recent wrist injury and didn't want to risk it. She stopped what she was doing and showed me the piece plus some other designs which complemented the serving bowl I was interested in. I bought them all. She wrong me up and boxed up the items which were gifts and took more measures to make sure I could make it to my car with the package (due to my limited motility) . I was excited to learn that the William Sonoma shop in Mashpee Commons hosts free classes. I attended a cutting class where they taught techniques in cutting and talked a little about the knifes that they sell. I thought we would be doing the cutting ourselves but they said due to liability they weren't able to let the participants do that which I understand. I did learn some new techniques and would attend another class again. The instruct was pleasant and knowledgeable. I purchased an Italian cheese basket as a Xmas gift from the William Sonoma website. The basket was originally scheduled for delivery in early Dec. that was pushed back until post Xmas. When attempting to cancel they told me food orders can’t be returned. I explained they were missing their ship date by a month and it hadn’t come close to shipping - there was nothing to return I just wanted to cancel the order as I would not have it for the holiday.
