Coney Mall at Kings Island — Local services in Mason

The park was way to over crowded. Dont come on the Halloween Haunt event. It was shoulder to shoulder all day. The ride lines were full and overflowing into the streets making the overcrowding worse. The average wait time all day was 180 minutes and with the fast pass it was over 40 minutes. I love the park dont get me wrong but when you are at the park all day and can only ride three rides and catch the end of all the shows because of the overcrowding that is too much. All I wanted to do is ride the Vortex and get spooked by the park staff I would have been happy. But no I was stuck in all the lines to even walk through the cony mall. I waited 50 minutes to get pretzels and a drink. The thing that disappointed the most about is the Vortex was that it is going to be gone at the end of the year for good. I would have come tomorrow. But the app said the park population would be low but when I got here it updated and said dont think about it. So it was not poor planning just a bad mix of poor app updating and the event times were bad and not to meantion the people oh the people. In the end I had a very bad time. It was a waste...

Rides and shops were great for a theme park. Wait times were reasonable and the new orian coaster is exciting. Ava at the tower ride was a delight to talk to. The service and wait time at the Starbucks was THE WORST I've ever seen. It was dirty, inefficient and s l o w. The KI app is cool. Shows current wait times for all rides. Getting into the park was fast and easy. The food at the Miami River brewhouse was not great. Onion rings were very greasy (guessing the oil was too cold). The London Bridge fish sandwich was dry and flavorless despite a special slaw. I think it cost $15. At least the beer was...

Took my children and myself to the Kings Island WinterFest the day after thanksgiving. It was a beautiful experience and we enjoyed ourselves. For anyone considering the visit on cold days please please please bundle up as it can get cold. Most KI rides are closed though and the ones opened are still enjoyable. The Chrismas Live Song were outstanding. The parade at 8:30pm was great. Great display of baby 'Jesus' live lambs, bulls, and camels, my daughter's highlight.
