After a wonderful day at Kings Island, I thought my group and I would be able to have a buy merchandise to remember our trip. However, the employee, Chase, was making very difficult. He was beyond rude and disrespectful. For me, he gave me an exasperated sigh and a dirty look as I was checking out. For another in group, Chase was mumbling under his breath talking about how they should leave the store. The two other people in my group received the same treatment. Chase did not give or offer bag to my friend who bought a mug, and for my other friend he left their sweatshirt on the table and a bag on the counter and then walked away. During a sudden monsoon downpour, the entire park panicked and stampeded from all directions for shelter under the main entrance. It was like watching Godzilla sending everyone running.
