This spinning pendulum ride (manufactured by HUSS) is the largest of its kind in the world, reaching a stunning speed of 76mph and pulling a whopping 4.5G's. At its peak, Delirium swings 137ft into the air at an angle of 120°, which is more than sideways but not quite upside-down. A single ride cycle lasts 2-1/2 minutes, long enough to make the experience worth the 30-45 minute wait. This attraction replaced the stand-up coaster King Cobra back in 2003 and it's been thrilling riders ever since. Delirium is not for the faint of heart or easily nauseous, but it's a MUST RIDE at Kings Island!

I had dinner with my wife and decided to ride Delirium. The line looked long, but it moved very quickly. The airtime was magical, but I never had that uncomfortable elevator feeling in my stomach. The rotation is subtle, and it does more to provide stunning views of the park. I went an hour before closing, and it was cool to see everything lit up. You get a real sense of speed when coming down, but it's as smooth as feather. It has many of the sensations of a giga-coaster. I didn't leave the ride feeling delirious. I was just more impressed with how fun it was.

Delirium is a top notch flat ride. Big floating airtime at the apex of the swing, and a nice sense of speed during the swing. Thrilling, smooth, fun, and comfortable. The spinning isn't intense, but rather positions you so you're facing a different direction for each swing, which makes Delirium very rerideable.

I was a little scared while in line, seeing other riders go high up in their air being swung around. However, the second we got on it, I felt insanely safe by the thing holding me in, and when we started going up I had so much fun, you get to see the park at insane heights and it's an interesting experience while doing it, definitely don't do it if you get sick easily though. (Line was...
