I ordered a mattress from them a while ago and never found a bed frame I liked. I decided to go with their cheapest frame just to get one right away. They said the frame is wood and basic is 399$. He said I could call day of and pay day of. I said I would do that. He then told me that they sell 2 beds a week and that they were running low. And I may not get one for sure on Thursday. I said hopefully you don't run out before Thursday. He then tried to say he was helping me by putting my card on file. Said I could order and call and pay day of. Scheduled it for Thursday. I later that night found a plain bed frame on amazon that I have to assemble myself. Same exact thing for 170. Solid wood too. I called him this morning to tell him I needed to cancel. He was not nice and said ethically this was wrong on my end. I said I found a bed frame on amazon for 170$ and he cut me off and said this is retarted. I said don't call me retarted and I hung up. Worst experience with customer service on this island yet. We get it we are on an island. But you are apart of the United States. You don't get to run a monopoly or treat people like this.I felt like I was conned into giving my card information in the first place. I said I was not ready to pay yet. He's the one said they sell so fast. So me cancelling my order should not be problem. You sell two a week. Ethically when someone calls and leaves you a nice voicemail saying sorry and that they need to cancel their order they placed 2 days ago. Giving you 48 hours notice from delivery you cancel the order. You don't call back angry and try to guilt trip them. Then I told you why and you called me retarted. Let's talk about your ethics. You're overcharging for the frame number one. Number two you already had the frame in your possession you didn't place an order for me. You're not out any money. Number 3 You said they sell so fast you're running out, but I am thinking that was a lie to secure your sale. Just all around bad business tactics. Don't talk to anyone like that. I went to their Lahaina location not realizing they are by appointment only (I totally missed that on the website) so I called and left a message to set up an appointment. Dino called back almost immediately and was so knowledgeable about what he had in stock that I was able to confidently purchase over the phone. The mattress was delivered next day and unfortunately we found a manufacturing defect...
