Another fantastic find for legit Mexican food in Maui. They do a great blend of traditional Mexican dishes like the pambazo, huaraches, sopes, etc along with tacos and burritos. They actually have two trucks in parallel with a few tables in between them, one truck focusing on the former dishes and the other on the latter ones; super efficient. tried their pambazo and it was quite good, not necessarily the best I've had though. Their tacos al pastor though are a must-try, the lime and pineapple sets it off. Those were probably the best al pastor ones I've had on the island. My wife tried the bean sopes and squash blossom quesadillas and both were fairly good. Last, we shared a strawberry agua fresca and it was quite tasty. Food was very good but the taco shells fell apart before I could pick them up. I'd suggest a bit less sauce on the shrimp. I'd also suggest eating outside of the carbon monoxide triangle in the middle of the trucks. It was a bit overwhelming.

On edit: I'm very sorry to have confused the shrimp tacos with those that I ordered from your truck. We are a family of 5 & ofter share plates. My son may have ordered from the truck next to yours. I still say the food was very good. I just wish you could do something different with the several generators running. The inside of the "food court" was pretty bad, smelling terribly of carbon monoxide. We dealt with it but wish we had gone to the tables closer...

We tried the asada quesadilla, chicharones fried quesadilla, and the suadero (beef brisket) taco. I wish I had more stars to give them. The sour cream they use is actually Mexican crema, which elevates the food to a whole other level. The salsas are HOT yet delicious. The pico de gallo was fresh and not soggy or bland. They use lots of gooey cheese. The prices are quite reasonable! I could only finish half of the quesadilla because the portions are so large. And the service was out of this world.
