Wish there were a zero. I had paid 5 dollars to pump gas on my motorcycle. I discovered it was a bagged pump, tried to have cashier put it to a different pump untrained she was unable multiple tries. Finally asked for money back again she was unable, called a manager was not telling correct info. When I tried to explain she got loud unruly so I said your not keeping my cash. I tried to get store number she wouldn't give it asked me to leave. I did.After 20 minutes a manager came just as rude disrespectful as clerk. I pumped gas as he stood there had change coming back went to walk with him to get it. He actually said Don't run up on me! I was astounded as I was slowly walking to retrieve my change as he had asked. I am almost 70 years old 5 ft.2. as if that I would ever!!! He was probably 6 ft tall young. I said I was recording he realized the consequences of trying to misrepresent my actions wasn't possible. The issue was their pumps not working, no training clerks managers treatment and attitude. This was very racially motivated I feel. I am not the same race as manager or clerks. I was treated horribly over 3.75 cents of gas. I run car runs for motorsports motorcycle rides events. We will all be boycotting this store . Unreal the behavior your anger over your failures as a business inability to give gas at a gas station. Truely a new low. GOOD to remember motorcycle helmets are equipped with cameras and recording devices always on as well as on many motorcycle's themselves. It’s a Friday at 7 in the morning I’m walking in to get snacks and I going to check out, when I realized my Apple Pay wasn’t working so I put my snacks back and walk out. As I’m walking out the employee followed me out and starts yelling at me to go back and pay for my snacks. That’s when I say “I never got any snacks” he demands me to go back in an pay. After I had told him I never got any snacks he said “ I saw you walk out with them” making me go back in pick up the snacks I grad and buy them. He was a tall black man working morning shift on February 21, honestly he should get fired. Felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.and the fact that I’m a minor, and he was accusing me of stealing, and made me go back. Never...

I’m not even sure why this store opened. The store itself is nice but the employees there alone will make this store flop against QT and spinx. No greeting when you come in, no greeting when you check out. No have a good day when you leave. And don’t let them be doing something. You are going to sit there and wait until they are done, and they will not acknowledge you waiting. I live next door so I was going daily. I rather continue supporting QT. I’ve never experience anything short of a great experience. They make you WANT to come in there. We was good without circle K. Then they have the nerve to have self check out, as if the service is not already horrible, you want me to do their job too😂😂...
