Google should really let you choose negative stars because the Mauldin Bojangles would get negative stars all the time. I’ve been here multiple times and the service is always horrible and the staff is always extremely rude.
The dining room is closed most of the time, as I can see plenty of people inside.
Today, I waited in line for 30 minutes, placed my order and said specifically what I wanted, I actually said it three times just to make sure the employees could get it right.
Well low and behold after waiting an eternity to get to the window, I broke my own rule and drove away before checking my order.
As you would expect from the Mauldin Bojangles location, after I said it three times, the staff didn’t get my order correct.
I had to exit my car, walk around the building and knock on the door, only to hear from inside…. “We’re closed”
I knocked again and held up my box, finally a young man came to the door. I told him what was wrong, he turned, without saying a word, and walked away.
I wasn’t sure what was happening so I stood outside in the cold rain and waited.
That same young man, came back with my food, and still never said a word.
The people who work in this restaurant are always rude, slow and super inaccurate with the food they provide.
So now, another horrible experience at the Mauldin location of Bojangles is in the books.
Corporate Bojangles needs to do something about the multiple and consistent problems at this horrible restaurant. Update-The location manager personally called me with an apology and a plea to give his restaurant another chance. He sounded extremely frustrated and embarrassed about his staff, saying nobody *wants to work. He can’t get anyone to work with a sense of urgency and they all present an extremely...

As a military veteran, and public service member of many years it is truly unfortunate the self-claimed manager Jaquan and his staff at Bojangles 801 E. Butler, Mauldin, SC are some of the most unprofessional individuals in the restaurant industry.
I have lived throughout the U.S., Europe, and Asia and have never experienced such egregious service as Jaquan and his team at the Mauldin, SC location on Butler Rd. Pray they are shut down or have a complete overhaul of staff.
Jaquan and his staff do not treat customers the way they would like to be treated. It is such a simple concept they apparently do not comprehend. This incident is one of several unfavorable visits to Bojangles on Butler Rd.
Why are the customers more polite and friendly than the staff serving the community? Why would Mauldin customers pay for such lackluster service? Following my previous visit with MOLD on my food and today's undeniable rude service, I refuse to be silent any longer.
Boycott this location. Look at all the recent 1-star reviews. The case is undeniably clear. Low standards. The customer does not matter here. Again, avoid this Bojangles. Don’t settle and be treated like you – a good person – do not matter.
Good service should be rewarded. Poor service should be reported. Here's your report on extremely poor...
Read moreFirst of all, that sign is a joke. It should be placed on the cash registers so the cashiers can actually read it! The service was terrible. It all started at the drive-through when I was asked to hold on for a minute, then I sat there for about eight minutes. As the only person in line, I decided to go inside. Once inside, it took a long time to get anybody to even come out and take my order. Once again, it was just me and one other person in the place. They weren’t sure if they could give me the food if it wasn’t made. At 3 o’clock in the afternoon, you don’t have food ready? Then, finally, 20 minutes later, I received my food. I wouldn’t have waited that long, but I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of trying to get a refund because I had already paid for it. I got back to work 10 minutes late from my lunch break, only to find a cold chicken club sandwich and rubbery, cold Bo Rounds. So, I will definitely not be going back to that Bojangles ever again. The one on E. Butler Rd. in Mauldin is absolutely terrible and should be ashamed of itself! The employees were all just walking around like they were in a high school cafeteria, staying in the back, and nobody came to check on me or the other customer...
