I purchased 2 items and then specifically asked that day i purchased if the items didn't work , would I get my money back if not picked up. I was told yes. Weeks later the charge was still showing on my card. I called 3 times, each time leaving a message and no one was kind enough to return my call. It's funny the automated service says you're open from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the evening but I've been calling every single day that it cleans to be open and nobody answers the damn phone I can't get through to anybody to ask if they have certain items in the store that I can purchase and it constantly says that I've called out of business hours even though I call on a Thursday or Friday at 1:00 in the afternoon at 2:00 in the afternoon at 3:30 in the afternoon and I still get an automated call that I've called out of business hours and wants me to leave a voicemail which I've done I left three voicemails and nobody has called me back this is a...
