Got to restaurant about 9:15, a lady working inside looked a little irritated when we walked in. I quickly asked what time they closed & she said 10. A really nice guy cooking said come on in guys, we are still open and you have plenty of time. He quickly took our order and started cooking. The lady was ringing us up before we totally decided what we wanted to eat.she seemed rushed. She asked that we sit on the side of the restaurant that she hadn't already cleaned. I understood and we had no problem accommodating her wishes. The cook made us feel welcomed, smiled and was so respectful. He provided such great customer service, so much so, I gave him my business card and told him I would love to have someone with his customer service skills working for the company I work for. I do not do that very often! I told the lady who I assumed was the manager that he was great and I'd love to have someone like him working with me. She responded, "you can have him". He was so personable and kind. He said his name was Demetri. You are lucky to have him working there. But if the manager doesn't think so, I am happy to interview with him for a different line of work. Great customer service goes a very long way. I would return for his service. Food wasn't bad either. It's been years since I have eaten at a steak escape. A special thanks to Demetri for your kindness, your smile and for providing great customer service! Read moreI made an online order through seamless.It showed that the store was not due to close until 8 PM.So I ordered all my food two hours before close, and paid $80 for it. When I pulled up to pick up my food.I noticed of the lights route in the store so I figured well maybe they were just doing drive through. That was not the case what happened is. I found a worker walking out.Most likely, a manager who was very rude and abrupt and told me that they closed at 6 PM and there was nothing she could do to help me.I continued to walk off. Now I am out of dinner.Monday is a holiday and I have to wait 3-5 business days for the money that I spent at their establishment to get refunded to my card.This whole problem could have been diverted if, an actual manager who was competent, turned the tablet off an hour before close so that customers weren't making orders instead, they choose to be rude and not helpful. If this is how they choose to treat their customers, then I can guarantee you.The food is just as equal in value.Do not shop here, demand that they get new management.This should not have ever been an issue.No one should have to spend harder money just to be turned away by a rude manager...
Read moreDecided to try this place again after a previous bad experience. Placed my order and when asked what toppings i wanted i said i would add as sandwiches were being made. Employee said ok. While waiting (i was the only person in line but they were making delivery orders too) i expected the employee to ask when it was my order. Instead, i was handed a bag with my order. I said i didnt tell you what i wanted on the sandwiches and she replied that i said i wanted mayo, lettuce and tomato on both? I told her i said no such thing and she got loud and rude. I told her when i ordered i said i would add toppings as they were made. Again she got loud and rude as she shouted "thats not the way we do things!" When i told her no one told me that when i ordered, again she shouted thats not how we do it. She probably said that 5-6 times! Will never go back to this place as the last two trips resulted in horrible experiences. The owners need to teach their employees manners and tell them not to yell...
