My complaint is on the online ordering system. It is very unfortunate that your mobile website is fantastic in terms of searching inventory, pricing, ease of use etc. However your actual online ordering process is a complete joke once you look a little deeper. First coming into the store asking about 6 cards I knew were in inventory online I was met with a bit of rudeness and flack for this attempt/misunderstanding. (Employee I believe was Logan). Logan stated for me to place an online order and select pay in store and in store pickup, easy. Made the order and the order confirmation email stated I had to pay in advance for them to fulfill my order? I called and Logan stated that this is not the case and that my order should be completed in 24 hours. (I ordered 6 cards) The kicker and cherry on top to a lack luster experience and misinformation on their end is that they do NOT let you know once the order is complete. Why?? this make zero sense to me. They will hold the order for a few weeks however other card stores in this area let you place an order and sometimes call you within the hour to let you know your order is complete along with any variations in cards.

Overall, Logan's customer service in person and over the phone does this business a disservice. Their website is fantastic besides a few areas where they should clarify and add information along with remove incorrect...

A bit over a week ago I went to this store during its posted business hours and it was closed without any noticed.

When compared with other local gaming stores this store also has far less variety when it comes to Roleplay systems.

I've also left several flyer/ads here, with permission of the staff, to find a gaming group and by my next visit they have disappeared yet ads have remained. This is their store and they can do what they want with it but I'd personally rather stick with a store that helpful and supportive of its customers finding others to game with. That being said I'll no longer be shopping at this store and sticking with the other local gaming stores, Checkmate and Toledo Game Room, for my gaming needs.

I posted a similar review on Facebook and received a comment from someone claiming to be the store owner which I understood to mean that I did not having permission to use their intellectual property, which I assume is the store name, in my posting. At the time of this post to Google the Facebook reviews of this store have been disabled. All of this has convinced me that it would be best if I simply don't returning to...

In the process of selling my cards currently. Unlike other professionally ran lgs's old school gaming told me they could have a list of 42 mtg cards done in 2 days maybe smh. I'm currently awaiting payment . When I asked why they moved so unprofessionally I was rudely told I could come pick up the cards I dropped off which now have a mystery payment date. All shop product is on point, but shop employees don't have the proper qualifications to even work the job. My payment hasn't happened basically because there's no one qualified to buy magic in a shop that sales and buys mtg products make it make sense. I adjusted my rating to 3 stars from 1 because when I returned for payment the shops employee was extremely professional and helping. I've shopped at lgs's from here to San Diego California and if I'm being honest, shops out here are a lil different than the norm. Didn't have so many issues with magic until I came to the East Coast...
