Summary: poor workmanship, poor communication, failure to follow through, poorly trained employees with a significant lack of knowledge. Would not recommend!
I took my phone in for repair and left a relatives number to contact when they were complete with the repair. They did not call. I picked my phone up and the screen was repaired but the front camera was not working.
They said that they would repair it, but they needed to order the camera. They told me they would call when it arrived. After 2 weeks with no call, I contacted them. They could not find the order and requested I call back the next day.
I called back and I was informed that they used the part in a different phone and were waiting for another part. After several more days I called back and again they couldn't find the order. I request a call back from the store the next day from someone that can help. I did not receive a call.

Read moreMy Note 5 battery began rapid discharging after two years (had just paid off). I found Batteries and Bulbs after searching and decided to find out what they could do. Their basic pricelist was on their site which prevented any sticker shock.
We walked in, handed the phone over to Jillian who did some inspection and testing. She showed me where the back was bulging due the battery expansion. It had been in a case so i hadn't seen that. She said it would be an hour (note 5 has a nonremoveable battery so the back is glued on and the battery is glued in, both with iron glue......not to mention the dozen or so microscrews.
So we gave her the other phone number and she called in less than an hour.
Their battery was handled well and inatructions were given to fully charge it when I get home.
It is a dramatic difference with a new battery and it seems it charged like the stock battery did. Discharge is normal speed and i can keep my phone for hopefully another year or two. VERY SATISFIED .....there is also a warranty which was...
Read moreNot happy, I scheduled an appointment for 11:00 today, to find out that the tech is not there on Sundays nor did they have the part, so I have to make another trip back. Everyone was friendly, but this trip was futile.
Here's an update. I was told Sunday that I would be contacted Monday when the parts came in for my repair. Monday came and passed and I never received a text, email, or phone call stating that they had parts, or when they would be available, or when they could repair, nothing, just silence.
