Me and my wife stopped here December 2024. I bought her a wand that she really wanted for Christmas. This wand was over 80 dollars. Our total purchase was 200 dollars. Well it’s Jan 2025 and the wand no longer works. I work very hard for my money to provide my wife with things she wants and needs. It’s very unsettling that this company sells faulty products. I will not be recommending this location or any location to any friends or family members. The fact that I spent so much in there and my wife has to go to another company to get a REAL WORKING product is enough for me to say that this business won’t be around much longer. I was a bit nervous coming in as this was my first time shopping for a specific item. Ash seen that I was having some trouble & offered her help immediately. She was very knowledgeable about the products and made my visit very enjoyable. I even signed up for the rewards program & plan to come back because she was so pleasant to me & my husband. Beware, No Return Policy! So the staff are trained to try and sell you the highest price items, and they will keep trying to sell you more and more stuff until you reach the register.
