Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Randall

I used the Taco Bell app to order some items from this restaurant for delivery. It was only after I submitted the order did I find out door dash was delivering it. Food was delivered promptly, however, I was given the wrong beverage item in my order. Door dash advised me to report it through Taco Bell app, which I did (as that was where I placed the order) and i received an automated message that I can have a free large soda next visit. I don’t typically have the app on my phone nor go to this location, and honestly just wanted my money back. I called the location and after several attempts (first few times hearing an automated message that “the party you are trying to reach is unavailable”) I finally was able to speak with the most unprofessional person I’ve ever interacted with. He stated I had to take this up with door dash, which I explained the situation that I had ordered through the Taco Bell app, not door dash. I then asked to speak with the manager and he said “I am the manager” then quickly said she’d be in tomorrow. I said okay what time and what is her name so I can ask for her? And he promptly hung up on me. Customer service here is appalling, don’t go here, and don’t use the Taco Bell app, because if you get the wrong item or wrong order you will absolutely get the run around and no refund or recourse. I cannot in good faith blame the door dash service because they didn’t do anything wrong, nor did I know they’d be assisting with the order until after I placed the order on the Taco Bell app. Do better Taco Bell. Ordered extra beans didnt get any at all when I did go back and addressed this issue i got a little container togo it seemed like it wasn't filled like the extra i paid for, my potatos were harder than crutons and not enough portions Every time I go here there's something wrong every time unfortunately that's the only consistently at this restaurant

Also I walked in all the employees where were sitting around up front soon as I left and came back in to adress the issue everyone went back to hanging out up front.they could of been cleaning, doing something productive or even fliping old stale food instead of serving it the management needs help this has been going on for a long time now & the reputation is well known I've heard it from a lot of people in The area. my friend just got free tacos for a week from here I hate complaining but this is one of the worst restaurants I've been too .countless times I would make the drive to find out they weren't open yet or we don't have that. It's a 15min drive to be turned around I would love to speak to the owner about these issues and to talk about investing into this resturant to make them more money& possibly fix this bad reputation. I arrived at the store at 9:30 a.m. after placing a mobile order. The store should be open at 9am. I was told at 9:30 a.m. that breakfast doesn't start till 10:00am and they won't be able to fulfill my order because of new hours delegated by the general manager. However the store opens at 9:00am so how does food not begin being served until hour after opening, and breakfast ends at 11:00 so you only serve breakfast from 10:00 to 11:00? This location is constantly problematic from shutting down their systems and not taking orders starting at 10:00 p.m. even on weekends to only accepting mobile orders during the day and not taking any business. Honestly there's a Taco Bell not too far and this one can get shut down. They spent all this money to build this place for them to have the worst customer service and barely serve people because the individuals that work there rather stand outside and smoke weed and Black and Milds. Oh yeah and listen to music and twerk. I don't even go to this location anymore if I can help it because nine times out of 10 I won't be able to have service and will need to go to the other location on Warrensville Center...
