Shout out to Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop in McAllen TX! We were there on vacation from Washington State visiting family, and I finally found a store that actually had in stock the women’s flannel pants. We made a large purchase and it didn’t get bagged with all our other stuff (by accident) and I didn’t realize it til we got to New Orleans! I called them and they still had it on the counter! Never have I seen such great authentic customer service. I walked in on Wednesday and was instantly greeted by manny, you can instantly tell he has a strong love for the store and its customers. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a tour of the store and its most popular products. He clearly knows what he’s doing and what he’s talking about.
