We had an amazing experience and excellent customer service with Reeds in La Plaza Mall. After a disaster at another store, Reeds saved our engagement. We spent hours shopping at all of the jewelry stores and had almost given up when we walked into Reeds and got their complete attention and excellent customer service plus amazing deals on 3 rings! Mark Reinitz and Yesenia spent at least an hour helping us find not only my fiancé’s engagement ring, but her matching wedding band and mine as well. On top of the sale prices, they offered us extra discounts and different financing options so we could choose the payment we were comfortable with. The rings were sent off for sizing and arrived within a week and a half, much quicker than the 5 weeks at the other place. We are so happy with our rings and are looking forward to our wedding next year. But wait, there’s more... we get rewards, so we can come back in the future and get some earrings or a watch or something. I had purchased an engagement ring at another store plus the warranty and they promised the ring could be sized to our specifications. I was calling every two weeks or so to check it by any chance it had come in already, and they would say, “what is the expected delivery date on your service ticket?” It was weeks away, so they would say, “then it’s not ready yet.” Instead of even looking into it for me. After about 5 weeks, they finally called me and said the ring is here and ready for pickup, but they were not able to resize it for fear of it breaking or diamonds falling off. What a huge disappointment. That was the ring I used to propose on top of the high roller in Vegas, and we had to return it. Then they only wanted to refund the ring cost and not the warranty. SMH! I went on twice, both times was attended by Nora. She promplty greeted me and stopped the cleaning task she was doing during my first visit and helped me out with my selection. I was looking for a specific pandora charm that not even pandora themselves had in stock. I was so happy to find that REEDS had it as it was a charm that my mom has been wanting for a while and I wanted it as a Mother's Day gift. When Nora asked me what I needed I was quick to tell her that I wanted a particular enamel dangle charm and see if it was in stock in store she knew exactly the charm I wanted and pulled it out for me to see. I was happy to know it was in stock and I bought it Ms. Nora asked me if I needed anything else and offered me the warranty for my charm. I asked if they carried a gift box and she said no but that she could add a bow to my box and I said yes. The second visit I was also looking for a pandora charm that said mom and Ms. Nora helped me once again. She brought out the pieces that had mom and made wonderful suggestions based on my only description that my mom likes pink I finally decided on a double dangle charmed that covered some of the characteristics I failed to inform Nora on. It was a dangle charm had pink and it said mother on it Ms. Nora helped me check out and that's when she helped me recall that she had attended me the first time as well, I asked if I could add the warranty on my first purchase and on my second and she was happy to do so she even gave me a tip to take a picture of my receipt and everything just in case I misplaced my receipt or the ink faded I was also added into their system.
