I had a really bad experience at this location, to start off it is my birthday today and they have a free blind box for your birthday. I did the whole thing needed for it and got my coupon and the blind box I wanted. When I went to go checkout I told the worker (emo looking girl looks like sheâs in high school or college, no hate to emos itâs the best way I can describe how she looks) it was my birthday and I wanted the free blind box, I show her the thing and she proceeds to tell me Iâm on the wrong place when I ask her where I need to go she says âI donât knowâ she also said âI donât think that blind box is eligibleâ I chose a Sanrio one which was shown on the website that I could choose that one and when I ask her which are eligible she also says âI donât knowâ I know sheâs not new I go to this miniso often and never had a bad experience until her, she was in a bad mood and didnât even seem like she wanted to work there why get a job if you donât want to work?? I used to work retail as well and it was like mid day the store wasnât busy so she really didnât have to be in a bad mood the store wasnât even packed as well. Her other coworker was really nice she had glasses and some tattoos she was eager to help the other customers, I was gonna ask her go help but the worker made me not want to buy anything from there. She really ruined my birthday mood (she didnât even tell me happy birthday itâs the least she could of done) and I donât think Iâll be returning, shout out to the other worker though she was amazing based on what I saw!    Read moreIâm not sure if this issue is specific to this store, but I recently purchased a makeup product here and was extremely disappointed to find that it had been tampered with when I got home. I was really looking forward to trying it, but unfortunately, I couldnât due to hygiene concerns.
When I tried to return or exchange it for the same product, I was told that I couldnât do so because I had an email receipt instead of a physical one. This policy is incredibly frustrating, as it feels like a complete waste of money.
I just wanted to warn others: âą Always ask for a physical receipt when shopping here, as an email receipt may not be accepted for returns. âą Check your makeup products carefully before purchasing to ensure they havenât been tampered with.
Frankly, this is unacceptable. The store should implement better hygiene measures, such as sealed or plastic-wrapped packaging, to prevent this...
   Read moreVisited 03.27.24. Boxes and merchandise were haphazardly thrown everywhere on the floor throughout the store, huge safety hazard tbh. Had to look for a cashier as there was no one in the cash register or the front of the store. When the cashier approached me, she let me know the items I had were not available for purchase due to a licensing issue from Miniso, and that was why âthe area was blocked offâ with boxes and items thrown around the floor. There was no signage indicating this claim that could have saved the customerâs time. This experience really explains the reviews...
