This store seems to always be having issues. Pretty sure itâs just a few occasional people or the managementâŚ
Either theyâre out of items, the store is a mess, thereâs never enough people working, or the staff doesnât care about cleanliness or isnât friendly. Not to mention they turn off the delivery app so they donât get orders. I tried to see if I could get my order delivered through Uber eats since I share a car but it says the store is too busy and not taking orders. Finally get the vehicle back to use a couple hours later and drove to the store, thereâs literally nobody in line and still says theyâre too busy to take delivery orders. Make it make sense
I walked in and asked for steak, the guy looks in the bin and says âWeâre outâ. Did the same for all the meats except chicken. Didnât offer to cook more, didnât even seem to care. I felt so awkward and just took the chicken to get out of there. Itâs really embarrassing.
The atmosphere was also very dirty and disgusting. Trash was overflowing from the bens onto the floor. There was food on the tables and just a complete mess. The staff donât seem to really care much about the cleanliness.
It seems like whoever is managing the food ordering for the store is constantly not forecasting the correct amount or making some big mistakes. I used to manage food ordering for chain stores and this really costs the company a lot of money in lost revenue if you donât get it right.
Also the cleanliness needs to be addressed. Itâs disgusting and a huge turnoff to walk into a store where the only entrance is next to a trash can overflowing with far and food scraps or the counters have food smeared on them for hours and arenât...

The employees have a horrible attitude, and I understand that it can get a bit crazy working for a âfast foodâ chain, I completely understand as I have worked in fast food as well but their manners and attitude is completely negative. When I went in this last time I asked for steak and they said it was gonna be out in 5 mins, I said thatâs completely fine and removed my self from the line to let the people behind me order. While I waited for the steak a couple behind me also ordered the steak, but this time the chipotle employee said they were out of steak so the couple behind me left. Not only did the chipotle lie to the customers saying there wasnât any steak they also lost the customers. I got bothered by this because they told me the steak was gonna be out in 5 mins and told them a completely different answer that they âdidnât have steakâ.    Read moreAs you walk in most of the tables with the minimum of 5 (two seaters) were dirty. Once in the line they were friendly. At check out, the cashier wasnât a happy camper. She was rude and provided a handful of attitude. Maybe she was hangry because her and the ones serving the food were eating in between customers. Not to mention not sanitary because they donât wash hands and the gloves arenât switched between eating and serving. Now to the food- rice was mushy and the chips were stale. Upon informing the cashier, she simply replied, âthey are from todayâ. A younger gentleman said, âWell here, thereâs another oneâ. When approached with the drinks, they stated they arenât doing tea because of the time. The time we came in was 8:54 to 9:19 pm. The bathroom was worse, out of toilet paper đ and I couldnât get anyoneâs attention to fix that.
