I was on a Train Ride to McCaysville, Ga. and decided to stop at the General Store! Boy was I amazed at the items I saw in there! The atmosphere was most friendly. I ended u purchasing a beautiful Coach Purse from the store! Kim assisted me and she was very friendly and pleasant! I spotted these pants that I really wanted but I heard the Train whistle blow which meant I had ten minutes to get to that train! I really wanted those pants! I remembered I had gotten a receipt, so I called the number on the receipt and left a message! Kim called me Monday morning! We Facetimed and I saw those pants! Kim took the time to go down to their local post office to get the postage amount so that she could ship the pants to me!! Kim gets the the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE award from me! She is a Jewel!!
