This was so disappointing. First, when we walked in and were alerted they only had chicken & pork at a BBQ place that shouldn’t been the first hint. We sat down anyway to give it a try. My party was 9 people, and I know bigger groups take longer to serve but we were there over an hour, and the place wasn’t even busy. It didn’t need to take that long. And once we got the food, it was absolutely not worth the wait. The mac n cheese was gross, basically watery noodles with fake cheese. The pulled pork was dry and no amount of barbecue could save it. The cole slaw was alright but nothing magical. Really the only thing I tried that I liked was my friends chicken caesar wrap- but this is a barbecue place, like come on. The one good thing was our waitress was very sweet and did her best. I didn’t catch her name. Really wished we would’ve tried somewhere else to eat so we didn’t waste so much time waiting, and for food that wasn’t even satisfying.

Of course all of this is a matter of opinion, but my husband and I both thought this place was just mediocore. The ribs had entirely too much sauce on them. It was like eating sauce and no meat. I really liked the potato salad because I like mine with a lot of mustard. The toast was good, but you can't really mess toast up, unless you burn it. The mac n cheese wasn't really good and the brunswick stew was mostly tomato juice and was too sweet. We were the only people in there except a few coming in for takeout orders. They do have a TV and had a football game playing. The server was friendly. It wasn't a waste of money, but we wouldn't go back. Again, only our opinions. Everyone's tastebuds are different.

While staying at Tellico Tennessee, we visited this restaurant, back from our tubing trip at Georgia. It was a very good experience. The service was amazing and the food even better. The young female server and the young male chef were a very friendly and respectful couple. The place was clean, with the best music ever and ambience. The young guy that was cooking our ribs (he looks like Captain America) came to greet us and ask if we liked our food. We were very impressed with the service and will recommend anyone to visit them. Support your local businesses. We are from Kissimmee Fl, but when we visit again, we hope they are still operating to eat there again.

Okay, talk about hidden in plain sight. This amazing little gem is tucked away behind the IGA in McCaysville Georgia. The scents that lure you in do not disappoint. The ribs melt off the bone and the seasoning is amazing. The sauce is a great addition to the flavor profile, although the meat speaks for itself. The brisket is juicy and tender and dissolves and melts into your tongue. Amazing flavors and textures. The pork is tender and full of flavor. Didn't try the chicken but it looked fantastic. The Tater tots were the kids favorite by far. They sell a Tater tots hill that is loaded with pork, cheese, bbq sauce, and sour cream. Mmmm so delicious. (Ask for their spicy sauce if you can stand the heat 😉). But wait there is more! They have home made desserts that are insanely delectable. The chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting is the best. The frosting is as thick as the cake for crying out loud! This place is above and beyond one of the best in the tri-state area!...

Went here during our layover from the scenic train ride. While the place has charm, that's about where the positives end. Service wasn't terrible, but it did take us asking again fifteen minutes after ordering for our drinks. My wife and I tried to order the brisket, and even though we were there roughly 45 minutes after opening, they had already run out. Instead she settled for the pulled pork sandwich and I got the half rack of ribs. Everything came out fast, but the taste wasn't there. The only flavor the ribs carried was from the bbq sauce, and there was hardly any on it. The meat itself was also very dry. The pulled pork tasted about on par with chains like Whitts. At least the fries were good or else we probably wouldn't have ate anything.

Not sure how long this place has been opened. I overheard our waitress saying that they were still working out the kinks, but they got a long way...
