There is an old lady that works at the one in Mckinney, who is SO RUDE. (She normally serves at the Customer Service counter - larger lady, short hair, glasses). The first encounter she mumbled the total. My daughter (and I) didn't hear her so my daughter handed all her money over. I said "Sorry how much did you say the total was?" The RUDE lady yelled "Will you stop talking to me while I am counting!" I said "My daughter has given you too much money!" She yelled "STOP TALKING! I can't count while you are talking!". The second encounter the RUDE lady was serving a lady ahead of us. The customer paid and while the RUDE lady was handing the customer her receipt she yelled "PHONE NUMBER!" The customer standing in front of her looked at her with a "huh?" look on her face. She yelled again PHONE NUMBER. I thought she couldn;t be talking to me as I was way back at the first register in the line. But I was wrong, she was yelling "PHONE NUMBER" at me. I was not about to shout my phone number across the store. I walked towards her and she rolled her eyes and shouted "I SAID PHONE NUMBER". OMG HOW DOES MANAGEMENT ALLOW THIS! I went into the store yesterday and was served by a lovely young lady! I told her that if the old lady was serving I would have put my cart aside and left the store. To which the young lady replied "you are not the only one to complain about her. She also treats the staff like that so you are not alone!" UM WHAT? I asked her if people have complained about her? The young lady said there have been plenty of complaints but management refuse to do anything about it! Well management, I refuse to spoken to like rubbish and I will not be served by her ever again! If she is serving I will leave my cart right there and leave the store! The young lady that served me yesterday said if the old lady is serving I can always call another member of staff and ask to be checked out! NOPE! I will not tip toe around this lady I will just take my business elsewhere! You are not the only home store in Dallas. Management need to listen to their customer!    Read moreVery disappointed! I shop at this store almost every month. I spent $980 last Friday. Last Friday I bought 4 cushions. I used them for just couple of hours. They already are sagging, wrinkled and stitches are opened up. When I wanted to return them customer service associate was very rude. She said â huh⌠you already used them and you want your money back đłâ. I said no. The quality is really bad. I would be happy to exchange them with 4 other better quality cushions. She said the tags are removed. It is federal low and you canât remove them. I said the tag saysâ it can be removed by customersâ. Also I just need a store credit or to be able to exchange them. The selection of items for home decor is unparalleled. There were 21 different colors of one single patio umbrella! The 3 aisles of throw pillows is awesomely organized by color! As I noticed some of the current sale prices, it seems that would be the only time I would splurge on extra stuff. Otherwise, I would just be buying what I came in for.
