I would avoid this place for any family law issues. The organization attempted to accept items dropped off by grand parents and great grand parents for a client of theirs. The client refused the items and after a year + of holding on to (or attempting to hold on to) the items they informed the grand parents and great grand parents that they could recover the items from them. On an attempt to recover several hundreds of dollars in items were missing. These items were meant to be Christmas and birthday presents for the grand children/great grand children. Instead of the items making it to them or staying it storage it appears that whomever was in charge of keeping the items for them (this law office or its affiliates) let them walk away. Who took them I can not say, but if they were in the care of the legal office...

In short if you want a organization capable of showing care for all parties in a family law issue, it becomes evident this isn't the organization to choose based on this experience.

Further whenever the grand parents and great grand parents were there and got emotional over the issue of the missing items they were criminally trespassed.

What a worthless organization. I've tried 5 times to seek help from the McKinney organization and while I qualify, I am denied assistance. The limited advice I do get isn't good and does not compare to paid advice from other attorneys acquired from either free consolations or $20 for 30 minutes meetings. They even admit that they are not experienced in the area I need help with and their advice would put me in a worse position. As a disabled veteran who has many physical/mental issues, this organization has no time to help me. I'm will either be homeless or worse. I guess we veterans really are suckers and losers. Mostly in believing that the citizens we protected will return the favor. Thanks for nothing...

Absolutely no help. With my experience, I would say this is a SCAM. They connected me to an attorney who charged me $500 and told me they typically get people a court date within a couple weeks. The attorney then sent my information to a document drafting service who charged me a total of $580 and said that it would take 3-12 weeks for my documents to be drafted. After 14 weeks both phone numbers just say "Business Closed" at any hour on any day of the week. I've disputed the charges. Take your time and business elsewhere. Paid almost $1,100 for...
