A TOTAL JOKE and incompetent. I don't know where to start. But perhaps showing up for a pre-booked appointment, only to find them closed is a good start. Upon finding them closed you check your email/txt to see if there was an announcement, but nope, so you call the number, and when you eventually get to select option #6 to talk to an assistant, you find he main message simply repeats. Time was of the essence for this pre-employment drug screening, so I found another Quest (Marlton NJ) drove another 10 miles down the road and got myself checked in. I followed the instructions to the T and filled up the sample beaker to 45ml. When the tech measured that amount into the vial she said it wasn't enough. I told her she specifically said 45ml, and now she is saying its not enough, and I can't retake the test?! I have plenty of urine, in fact I had to throttle back like the Falcon 9 upon reaching Max Q other wise your 300ml beaker would have gotten 4,000ml. But no try as I might, the tech would not budge, and she even flat out lied and tried to tell me I gave 30ml LOL. As an engineer, I deal with fluids and measurements everyday. I can clearly read a scale from 0 to 60ml in 15ml increments. I filled the beaker to one line below the top ie 45ml. Either way I left, and had to call Mesh my background company, to tell them of the incident. They informed me that Quest did not follow protocol and lodged a formal complaint with them. I ended up going to LabCorp the same day who were 100% better. Their tech btw (using the same beaker kit as Quest) said I needed to fill to the 60ml line minimum! Won't be using...
Read moreJanice is my go to. I am a very hard stick and she can find my vein 9 out of 10 times on the very first try. And the time she couldn’t, she found my vein on the second try and apologized which she didn’t need to do. No one at Quest in any location has her record for this. This is why I wait for her to help me. A few have said oh I can take your blood in Quest and they had to admit defeat and send me to Janice after multiple sticks and Janice got my vein on the first stick. Not only this but she can figure out bloodwork scripts when they are confusing or blood tests are vague and she needs to find the compatible blood test. She can’t solve insurance issues. Never a problem. She is the main reason I come here and my family who all have better veins than me also feel very comfortable having Janice doing their bloodwork. I have been a patient of Janice’s for well over 30 years and as long as she is your employee, I will always do my bloodwork here. Hopefully you will pay her well or give her a great raise...
Read moreAbsolutely WONDERFUL women working here!!! I came In about 2:58pm, literally, and she took me back. Showed her my labs which were QUITE lengthy, and still was treated SO kindly and respectfully and taken back! Obviously- I didn’t expect them too seeing as they closed in 2 minutes. It would have been very reasonable of them to tell me to come back another day. I have a lot of medical issues (hence the load of labs,) and struggle with fasting for blood work without getting severely sick. I really can’t describe the thankfulness I wish I could have shown her for helping me out and taking me, especially since she had to stay late herself! A big of an older woman with medium/ short black hair, I was not able to get her name, but I highly highly recommend this practice and can only say great things about my experience! (Not to mention I normally have trouble with my veins but, one single poke and she did it PERFECT. Took all my vials, and sent me on my way. Absolutely...
