Their selection is good but their staff is terrible. I've been double charged here before and the staff are usually too busy chatting to each other to come to the checkout counter. When one does come, they're still chatting to each other and only pause long enough to tell you the transaction total. This time, the woman physically took my card out of my hand and told me my card didn't have tap and then, after several misses, jammed it into the card slot. It's my card. I know whether or not it has tap. I used tap with it at another store earlier today.

Update: A year later, she is still very rude. I walk up to the counter with 2 items and set them down. As I'm in the middle of saying "hi, can I get a pack of camels?" she answers a her cell and begins talking on the phone. While she's mid conversation with whoever is on the other end of her phone call, the only word she says to me is "card" while I'm opening my wallet. She didn't even bother to look up. Literallyyyy my FAVORITE store in town! ALL of the employees are BEYOND nice, there is ALWAYS someone at the register to help you, and I’ve never once encountered a negative attitude.

The owner of the store is the reason I’m about to drive across town to go to that specific store, when there’s multiple other stores right down the road from me, and its simply because he is the absolute BEST!!!

My mom and I stop by there quite often in between our accounts for work, probably a couple times a week.. and the owner has now started to recognize us, and any time he is there, I HAVE to go say hi to him! He is literally the friendliest person ive ever encountered in my 29 years of life. Lol If I’m having a bad day, I will make sure to stop in there, because I know a smile is guaranteed every time I walk through that door! And they alwayssss make sure that as females, we feel safe in and around their business.

My friend and I walked into the store and started looking around. Because they have a lot to look at. The lady behind the counter asked what we wanted but since we were just browsing I told her that, so I wasn’t wasting her time. Anyway, after that two other employees started following closely behind us like we were there to steal. We eventually make our way up to the counter where I asked for two vapes. I had to ask several times for the kind I wanted. Then they proceeded to not accept my cash for the vapes. They only wanted my card. seems sketchy to me. But to top it off they opened my vapes I just purchased, removed all safety plugs and forced me to vape it in the store and were weird when I asked for the boxes back. I’ve NEVER had anyone open my product let alone force me to use it in the store. This to me is honestly highly unacceptable and I’ll NEVER...
