The mall itself is clean, however the shops and food courts are extremely overpriced due to the store owners overhead. And the food court is unsanitary.
You shouldn't be surprised if your favorite family-owned store is there for less than a year. Because their overhead is expensive, the spaces themselves, and the fee they get charged if they close their doors on a weekend, its practically nickel and diming. It's no wonder huge corporations are taking over spaces instead of small shop owners. The cafeteria area, always wipe down your table and seat before sitting. It is not very clean there, because of so much business.
Great place for kids to hang out, however, like I said, good luck trying to buy more than one little thing for $20.
It can be quite annoying in there if some parents decided to drop off her liter of kids in the little kid play area unattended and you often will find a mall cop watching their kids for them, while they shop at Victoria Secret. And of course, the kids are always very loud and rude while unattended.
Otherwise, most staff in the shops are nice, however sometimes they could care less. It's very hit and miss when it comes to service.
Hot Topic and Sam Goody are great places to go if you are between the ages of 12-21. Hot Topic is also a bit overpriced but if you want to get neat trinkets and T-Shirts and are under their reward program, it is worth it. They always have sale racks.
Sam Goody is a great place to go to get $9-$10 posters, which is a pretty good price, as well as well priced CD's and other miscellaneous.
Most other corporate stores, other than Kohls, JCPennys, Forever 21, Hot Topic, Payless Shoes and Sam Goody are extremely overpriced often because it's a "name brand store" and cheaply made. Might as well go to Kohls, JCPennys, or even Payless Shoes for apparel and shoes.
Before you go, I heavily recommend going through the junk coupon newspapers to find coupons. It is more worth it if you're well equipped with them and not dumping a bunch of...
Read moreAbsolutely do not go to the 2 cell phone fixing stands there. Here is my experience. They need to be closed down ASAP. This review is for the rogue valley mall in Medford oregon for some reason I can't find them in google. Probably because the whole company is a scam. So here is my experience. I went there one day the guy told me he could fix my screen for 200 dollars. I said ok I'll come back in a couple days. I go back and the guy laughs in my face and says idk who told you 200 but it's going to at least be 300. I said ok nvm. Then he chases me down and said if u don't want fingerprints I'll do it for 200. I said ok I don't use that so that's fine. He works on it once, fails to tell me he is changing the whole color of the back of my phone from purple to now black.. we never discussed that. So he fixes it I pay and go to work. As soon as I get to work my phone is not working. So I leave work and go back and tell him. He tells me it's my phone company and not anything he did. I'm like dude I been with this company for years and never had any issues til I left your stand so I leave. Again he chases me down and said I talked to the owner so come back in 2 days I will order more parts. So I waited 2 days with no phone so I couldn't work due to not having a working phone. Go back and he fixes it again. Worked for about 30 minutes and back to the same stuff. Wouldn't make calls or text would not do anything. So I tell him he completely ruined my phone. So he said ok give me one more chance and come back on Tuesday. So I go back and he puts my cracked screen back on and gives me my money back but now the lcd screen is broken I have a huge black spot on my screen along with the cracked screen again and now I can't even use my phone because it still won't make calls. So I had to go buy a brand new phone and now im getting charged from tmobile for his stuff he did to my phone. This entire place is a joke. They have no idea what they are even...
Read moreMy granddaughter had purchased a pair of boots from this place and she had asked what the return policy was. Also there's a flyer on the counter off to the left In dark bold letters stated 14-day return. However in a very small small print the items had to be unworn and in mint condition. She had put on the boots outside of the store at the mall and wore them it was less than 2 hours the hill had broke she had fallen. Approximately 3 to 4 days later since I do not live in that town went to return them or have them exchanged and the woman at the store said no so I said you are actually not even going to exchange them and she said no she refused to work with us and I did state that she took advantage of a young lady getting ready for her prom to have a pair a defective boots I had requested a security guard she also requested a security guard I had two that I talked to, they both have apologized over and over for her and her establishment, and definitely was advised to shop elsewhere so I went across the way at the shopping mall where we shopped and asked what their return policy was and what they had available their return policy was totally the opposite of this store. And was gladly to serve us. I was told by the so-called owner , that I was never allowed back into her story again obviously I told the security officers that I would not want to ever ever shop there again or nor will I ever ever recommend this place this store is lacking honesty integrity Good...
