Casa of Jackson County — Local services in Medford

We have had a horrible experience with this organization. They lack sympathy, they failed to properly investigate, a very judgemental and arrogant people. They have helped destroy a family with DHS. They seemed to listen to our concerns but at the end of the day, they have a different agenda than what they proclaim on their web site. I was told by our CASA that I can't see my grandson unsupervised simply because I own guns. He lived with us since birth until DHS took him out of our home for reasons that had nothing to do with us but his mom. I would give zero stars if I could. DHS and CASA are bad for families who really need help. Worst experience...

This place could be a good place for kids that don't have families But if a kid has a mother that's still alive and brothers and sisters and grandma's why in the heck would they step in and take when I replaced him at a friend's house for 3 months until I got home so he won't have to sleep in the car with me and now they own him and they're telling me he don't want to see me hes depressed well yeah of course you guys messed him up.
