I have brought three rings to be resized to this business. They do good work but always make sure to always make sure you are paying the price they quote you on.

The first two rings I had resized were reasonably priced. The third ring I needed to resize, the employee was going back and forth on prices it went from 100 to 85 to 80. She was consulting the owner on the right price. I finally told the employee I wanted an exact price so I can decide to have the ring resized. They quoted me 80 dollars for the resizing of a wedding band, no diamonds just a plain band.

During the whole transaction the guy who works there was somewhat rude. I was there to get two rings resized, I ended only getting one resized. With that said, I thought I could wear one ring on my pinky and the guy rudely commented, "Why would I wear a wedding band on your pinky."

Before I left the store, I wrote down the price on my ticket. I had my husband pick up the ring and made sure he did not pay until they told him the price, I had a feeling the guy would up the price. When my husband went to pick up the ring the guy, I'm presuming the owner, said the amount was going to be 110 dollars. My husband said the pick up slip says 80 dollars. The owner said 80 dollars is fine.

I do understand the idea of a quote means that is not an exact price but when I left with the pick up slip, I wrote down 80 dollars because that is what the employee and the owner said. I would have not got my ring resized if the price was 110 dollars.

I do not recommend anyone to go here. They run a shady business. I try to support small businesses as much as possible but I will not ever go back here again. I would not trust their business...

I went here a while back with a large request of putting together a bunch of pieces of a necklace to make it larger and they without questions asked said absolutely!!! When I came to pick it up I was without words it was absolutely beautiful!!! My own custom necklace! Came back here again with some repairs after my first amazing experience and it was once again nothing short of AMAZING! I had some repairs on 4 pieces and some of which I had missing pieces and they replaced the missing pieces beautifully!!! They are all so kind and professional as well!!! If I could give you all a million stars I would!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! You will forever be my go to...

I will support this jewelry store for as long as I live in Massachusetts! Each time I have gone to have something repaired or my watch batteries replaced, I feel as though I am family. They are personable and kind, they treat you like a person and not a transaction. It's not always easy to find that nowadays. They have some beautiful pieces as well.
