I asked what would a woman's size m/7 be in a jumper.
Was told I would have to bring my daughter in to be measured.....
Took my lunch break from work zoomed home, picked up my daughter, to only find and the line was out the door, only 3 people working without any sense of urgency. It was too busy for them to work at that pace. I understand people are not robots but they should foresee the business needs and serve their customers accordingly. So upset that this is the only place that I can spend $75 on ONE uniform (shirt &jumper) I was told they're open "late" until 6pm on Thursdays... I get out at 5:30pm.
This place caters to 2 parent households where one is a stay at home parent that has two hours they can set aside to be in store. You guys can do better, way better!!!

Despite checking the website and seeing that my order was marked as complete, I had to wait in line for about 45 minutes due to the place being crowded. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and while some customers were quickly helped, others, including myself, experienced delays.
When it was finally my turn, I showed the order number to a staff member who began searching for it. After a few minutes, the person in charge questioned whether I had been contacted about the order, even though the website indicated it was ready. The response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. They mentioned that they could take up to four weeks, although I found this timeframe confusing and excessive.
Ultimately, the person in charge confirmed that my order wasn’t ready and that I hadn't been contacted, which was frustrating after such a long wait. The service could definitely be improved in terms of communication...
Read moreI have visited Collegiate House a few times over the past 5 months or so. Each time I was treated with patience, respect, and exceptional professionalism. I watched other customers get the same treatment. The staff is really good at guiding you if you need it. Customer service is A+ at that house! Gene helped me with a small issue I had. He was understanding, fair, and pleasant. Ella was also very professional and compassionate. I cannot speak highly enough of the three staff members I interacted with over these past months.
