Cool toy store until you have to return a defective toy. The toy was a gift and it worked intermittently and I attempted to return it with the receipt within the return window. My kids were in the store and the employee was defensive and just making the process painfully difficult. (Trying to fix toy, making copies of the receipt, taking pictures of the toy with her phone, arguing that there was nothing wrong) I begged to just return it and she made me feel like a criminal collecting evidence for a crime scene. When I had enough and annoyingly asked for the toy back she kicked me out of the store. My husband tried to go back in bc I was done and she kicked him out too! My little girl was going to pick a replacement toy out for her birthday and instead we were told to leave. It’s a cool place but definitely not worth what I just went through.

Response: She instructed me twice to leave the store as I was walking around the counter to get my family. If your ‘video footage’ had sound you would know this already. I like this store. They have third party Lego kits which is something you usually never see. They have a rather weak selection of Bandai Gunpla though. I was hoping for more master grades and real grades. (Once again HobbyTown in mentor is the place to go if you’re from Cuyahoga county.) They had a Figure Rise Standard Dukemon/Gallantmon which is what I bought. Due to being in Medina County, the sales tax is cheaper, about $3.99 for the $50 Dukemon (whatever tax % that is I can’t do math lol). They also have some car models, planes and armor as well, lots of toys for younger kids too, probably some nice Hotwheels and Barbie’s. Employees are nice and store is well maintained. Good store if you’re looking for a nearby place, cleanly maintained, lots and LOTS of legos and an acceptable selection of Gunplas. Just not the place I would go to for anything other than some of the Figure Rise kits or the Witch From Mercury or the hyper-relevant High Grades from Bandai. Maybe I’ll come...

I was disappointed in this store as it had potential until I walked. The two lady's at the counter didn't bat an eye when we walked in but instead browsed through their phones. I looked through the selection of legos they had because it was a couple of days before Christmas and I had a question and happened upon an older gentleman that worked there I tried to ask him about some of the legos as I am not lego savy and he acted as though I was bothering him. I then commented on his attitude and he told me to just try reading the boxes instead of bothering people.
