12-2016 Purchased 6-gift cards-mailed all 6 out- 1-MIA-stolen 1-2017 Called back to the store to report -MIA- stolen gift card was advised that the gift card would be replaced - provided receipt for the gift card once corporate provide status of card. Okay. 8-months later still no resolve. 1-2017 thru 6-2017 called store-corporate no resolve -Store Manager -District Manager- Corporate-dropped the ball. 8-24-2017 Assistant Manager cared enough to make contact to get things resolved. I thank Selena for caring. I will keep you all updated.

12:42PM 8-24-2017 all is resolved thanks to Selena Assistant Manager she is mailing out replacement card today. Michael, District Manager declined sending out an inconvenience card nor did he ever reach out to apologize.

I knew what I wanted, and Celina listened so well — she instantly brought me great options for both my son and daughter for events leading up to my sister’s wedding. Read moreI just want to say, I had the best experience at this particular Children’s Place, in West Melbourne. As I was having trouble of deciding what to get for my youngest nephew. An associate name Caitlyn, came up and ask me if I needed assistance with anything, (she even had a smile on her face.) Which is so nice to see now a days. Anyhow, how I found the best outfit for my nephew, thanks to Caitlyn who directed me to this, and now I look like the best uncle. Thank you Caitlyn for reminding me we still have people out there who actually care!… give her a raise for being professional and knowing customers, just by the look on our face. Great job!
