White House Black Market — Local services in Melbourne

WHBM is my favorite clothing store for quality, style and customer service. I purchase the majority of my clothes at WHBM. WHBM at the Millenia Mall in Orlando is my preference. I had a large purchase at the Melbourne Square Mall in December. I needed to switch out the size of a recently purchased jacket, with the receipt, and the store manager would not work with me because the tags weren't attached. She said there was nothing she could do, I had to keep a jacket I couldn't wear. I left there thinking I would never shop at WHBM again. I have never been treated so poorly at retail store. However - I took the jacket to the Millenia Mall store and they were so accommodating, never scolded me about not having the tags, and made the exchange. I will never shop at the Melbourne Square Mall location. I spent $500 and was treated so incredibly poorly. Customer service is #1 for a retailer. Night and day compared to Dillard’s customer service. I just watched them ask somebody else if they want to put their bags down while I’m holding two bags. And continue on with great customer service for someone else. I then went to go try on a shirt. Didn’t even get asked if I needed another size or anything. Tried to get someone’s attention and ended up just leaving and saying...

This is a small store - but the staff is very friendly and helpful....
